Our goal is to create conditions in which people with disabilities can "achieve the impossible": catch their first wave, learn to glide on a monoski, or ride a trusty steed, combining physical exercise and rehabilitation with exciting, emotionally charged activities.

The Russian Center for Neurology and Neuroscience is the largest neurological clinic in Russia, the country's primary research, treatment, and diagnostic center, capable of addressing any challenges in neurology and related disciplines.

The "Life with Cerebral Palsy" Foundation, a support fund for people with cerebral palsy and traumatic brain injury, focuses on three areas: 1. Targeted charitable assistance. Through the "Step Together" foundation, assistance is provided to families of children with cerebral palsy, charity auctions, and sporting events are held; 2. Non-profit medical centers offer free treatment and rehabilitation; 3. Informational support.
